Founder of 12 Rounds Fitness and creator of the 12-Week Transformation Program, Joe Sherriff brings over 20 years of experience in boxing, personal training, and performance coaching.
Being a former professional boxer with an impressive record, Joe has spent two decades helping clients achieve real, lasting results. His training style blends boxing, strength, conditioning, and mindset work into one proven system built on consistency and discipline.
